Doctor Moran is an amazing doctor. He did my first back surgery when I was 29 after he suggested different options that didn't work. After my first surgery it was instant relief. I was doing great and feeling great for 5 years until I pushed it to far while I was at work one day. I went to Dr. Moran for my second surgery and felt instant relief again. He's a great doctor and a great surgeon. But if you think you will be able carry the world on your shoulders that's not going to happen. You go about your life feeling great but the truth is you will never be the same after back surgery no matter what. But I would recommend him time and time again.

My experience with Dr. Moran was extremely positive. After many years of debilitating hip and back pain and inability to walk or sleep well, Dr. Moran diagnosed the problem which several other orthopedic doctors had missed or ignored. Dr. Moran examined me in February 2023. He was very patient with me, did a thorough exam and asked me a lot of questions about what triggered the pain and how it felt. I had already seen at least three other doctors about it and was told on each occasion that the source of the pain could not be identified and and I was not offered any effective solutions. It was so refreshing to finally find a doctor who clearly cared about my problem and was willing to take the time to solve it. A combination of injections and other treatments - no surgery! - did the trick. Finally I can sleep comfortably at night and walk/run at a normal pace! I would definitely return to Dr. Moran and recommend him to others.

Starting with my 84 year old daddy's back surgery repair and hip replacement in 2013 / 2014, to properly diagnosing my wife Martha with Polymyalgia 2017 while prior doctors had merely focused on pain management (drugs).
